During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the live piano music in the restaurant - a lovely touch. The hotel's location was also ideal for skiing and exploring the local area. One of the standout features for me was the fantastic food on offer, with a range of delicious options to choose from.

The heating in our room wasn't working, and despite notifying reception, it wasn't fixed – not what you expect from a four-star hotel. The slow service in the restaurant was also an issue, with our meal taking almost an hour to arrive, despite it not being particularly busy.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The presidential suite was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The outside area was perfect for summer relaxation and great for kids to enjoy. The dinner in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The staff had a remarkable "yes" attitude, and the service provided by them was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful view. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh and tasty homemade products, and the entire hotel was well-maintained.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The services and amenities provided were excellent, including the lounge bar, cigar lounge, and wellness center. The breakfast was tasty, with fresh and homecooked food options. my room was quiet, clean, and well-equipped.

This hotel is a cozy and welcoming place that provides plenty of facilities to enjoy their stay. the staff is pleasant and helpful, always striving to make sure that everyone has a great time. the breakfast is delicious, varied, and home-cooked, which is a bonus. Guests can bring their furry friends, and the rooms are quiet, well-maintained, and come equipped with everything one could need, including a good view and comfortable bathroom.

One little thing that could be improved is the glasses and cups cleaning; the cleaning ladies forget to change them.
